We are an energetic, motivated team passionate about providing a high quality service in all areas of our electrical, refrigeration & air conditioning projects, from maintenance to construction work. Incorporating highly motivated team members, where the overall quality and pride in the job are the key factors to providing this service.

We take on various types of electrical work across the Esperance region, from homes and farms to workshops and commercial sites.

Our crew handles everything from general maintenance and upgrades to more specialised industrial work.

Electrical

All general electrical work including electrical safety inspections, switchboard upgrades, faults, callouts and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Renewables

Renewable energy solutions with solar and battery grid connections. We partner with ‘Save Energy’ who can provide a solar consultation for the installation of premium solar and battery technologies. We can provide a grid connection and follow up maintenance.

TECHNICAL SERVICES

We have the equipment to undertake Thermal Imaging Inspections, Underground Cable Location, Test & Tag (RCD & PAT) and Data Cabling Qualification. Technicians are trained for High Voltage Switching Operations, Hazardous Area Inspections (EEHA), Instrumentation, Process Control and WPCG (Fuel Station) works.

REFRIGERATION

Supermarkets, accommodation facilities, and hospitality businesses rely on us for the installation, servicing and maintenance of their commercial refrigeration systems and to assist them meet food health safety standards. We install and maintain cool rooms, chillers, food displays, bar fridges, freezer rooms, ice machines and the like. We are Coke and Engel Service agents and can provide warranty parts and repairs for these brands.

AIR CONDITIONING

Our team can design HVAC installations, supply, install and service split-system and ducted air-conditioners, keeping homes and businesses comfortable year round. We are sales and service agents for Daikin and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and are accredited to perform servicing and warranty repairs on these systems.

BUILT ON EXPERIENCE

Originating from the South West of WA, Directors Tom Innes and Bree Hastie established Innes Electrical & Air to provide electrical, refrigeration and air conditioning services to customers in Esperance and the surrounding regions.

Bree has a background in HR and Administration previously working with high profile organisations in Perth, the South West and Esperance. Combined with Tom’s qualifications and experience across residential, commercial, industrial, agriculture, mining and defence operations, they provide the business a strong foundation.
